Demi is the most genuine, caring and helpful stylist. I contacted her after an incredibly bad experience with a different hairdresser and she went out of her way to help out. She was honest, transparent and understanding through the whole process and went out of her way to ensure I was happy with the correction provided. She also offered additional last minute appointments to ensure my hair would be done by my scheduled appointment when my booked stylist had to reschedule due to illness.
