When I made the appointment, I wasn’t told it would take 2 weeks for the images to be read and the report to get to the doctor. I had to cancel my scheduled follow up because the report was received. Staff were all very nice
Technicians Louise and Julie were very patient and kind.
They sent over a blank CD to the Spine and Pain doctor who whose office charged me the co-pay anyway even though the visit was useless. I called Willow Grove MRI and told them they sent the blank which was disposed of. I have switched over to Rothman and they need a CD and Willow Grove MRI is charging me $10. So, a co-pay of $50. that accomplished nothing and an additional $10. Oh yeah, I'll recommend them. Sure, like never! Girl at front desk is rude as well.
