I'm a sucker for a farmers market and this one does NOT disappoint! It's super cute, not far from town and it's GOOD. Their prices are extremely reasonable, which is a rare thing for many markets. We picked up a couple of New York strips and they were the PERFECT size and OH. SO. GOOD. Some grass fed beef ends up horribly chewy; these did not. Everything to High of price.
Willow Grove Farm reminds me of the old country store we all visited when we were children. They offer superior meats and hard to find staple ingredients every kitchen should have. Their prices are less than the chain supermarkets, and their quality is far superior than any supermarket. When I am lucky enough to come to Luray, VA, I bring my Pelican cooler and fill it up!
Don't know what you are missing if you haven't shopped at Willow Grove.
The freshness of the vegetables is wonderful her seafood is great .. theres not very many places we can get seafood in luray Va so it's a pleasure to go get what I need when I need it. She has ice cream milk specialty items spices I go a couple times a month in the summer more often ..
