But since they took over forcing people to use the Website it is beyond abysmal, the website is designed to be as difficult as posable to use, (No click here for an e consult form, its hidden away), and having just the one phone number, for 5 GP services, with a constant 30+ person que almost to the extent that they are intentionally making it virtually imposable for you to contact them..... They are very good. They have a system where you can fill out a form in the morning to complete an online consultation form and they will ring you back, forward you to the chemist for a prescription, or set up an appointment with you to come in. They text you links to upload photographs. I asked for an X-Ray and got one booked in within 2 weeks. Terrible. Absolute joke
They removed me based on lies. The refused to take my complaint and ignore me. When they do they disregard what I said. They accused me being intimidating but they are corrupted liars. I already explained many times I tense my hands when my emotions get too much so I have to hurt myself and that’s what I did in front of them. I only shout if they wrongly accuse me shouting so I then shout as they upset me of lying. Only shout if didn’t accuse when I want to die and they cancel my appts last minute or refuse to help me.
