My latest experience at the Willow Group was excellent, on Friday 4th of July at around 9:00am I submitted an econsult, within an hour I was contacted and offered a face to face appointment with a Doctor for 11am the same morning. I was prescribed medication which I was then able to collect from the chemist next door. Unprompted my blood pressure was also taken and I was also offered a blood test to check my general health relating to an ongoing health issue.
Try call to find out what time my appointment is - I'm 16 in the queue. Make my way to Brune Medical and two receptionists sitting doing nothing. The system and service is absolutely awful.

Very upset with lack of support from the Willow group after a recent emergency admission to QA. Unable to make telephone contact as continuously cut off & still awaiting a call from an E consult 2 days ago.
While it can be a pain to try and get an appointment, or get results for a test, when they are on it, they will see you, and treat you in a day. They are also very flexible in some scenarios. I never have any issues getting a prescription or a same day phone call.
