Absolutely 1st class service at the reception counter, on a busy Thursday, I had a query about some post hospital medication. Sorted within 24hrs. Exactly the need for being polite and prepared to wait, explaining what was required it was actioned. Please show a little patience. The guys need a working radio for the counter, there's is old fashioned and not functional. Well done everyone.

As a new patient at the willow group I have been impressed with the level of service offered. Dr Ali is the consummate professional who has gone above and beyond on every single consultation I’ve had with him in the last week. I cannot rate him enough and hope that he receives the recognition he deserves. When I’ve called the reception staff are always helpful and friendly, immediately supportive of my needs. The Willow Group have really upped their game and over the last 3 years their patient service levels have become excellent. I think some may think that their customer care is substandard.. It really isn’t, give them a try. Emma has helped me a few times in the past few months and she has gone over and above expectations and that has been my experience with all staff on the phone and in person. I’ve got lots wrong so am high maintenance 😂Thank you 🙏

My latest experience at the Willow Group was excellent, on Friday 4th of July at around 9:00am I submitted an econsult, within an hour I was contacted and offered a face to face appointment with a Doctor for 11am the same morning. I was prescribed medication which I was then able to collect from the chemist next door. Unprompted my blood pressure was also taken and I was also offered a blood test to check my general health relating to an ongoing health issue.

Try call to find out what time my appointment is - I'm 16 in the queue. Make my way to Brune Medical and two receptionists sitting doing nothing. The system and service is absolutely awful.
