absolutely ridiculous my daughter was picking up my grandson wasn't even here 5 min and was ticketed this place has cops giving tickets but never to people parked there for hours. were all struggling who has 150 for a ticket for running in for 5 min. when we always for a decade had 15 min to load or unload especially when their is zero visitor parking. there is so much trash around the dumpsters they have rats around dumpsters place was always up kept and family friendly not anymore. they fired all the staff and got rid of m... read more

For years we always had 15 min to unload or load ur car now they're saying ull get a ticket no matter what. That's absolutely ridiculous. When you park at the bottom and you have to pull up to load your children or load your car or unload your groceries. Now you just get a ticket. How are you supposed to unload or load your car?
I have lived here for the past 4 years and when Maria worked here everything was great. But as of lately it is horrible. I have been tryin to get a hold of someone to talk to for weeks now and no1 is ever in the office or doesn’t return any of my voice messages. It’s extremely frustrating and i still am unable to actually speak to anyone about my issues going on.
