Air conditioner is out again. 2 times in the last month since we moved in. This time they said it will be fixed within 5 days. At least it's only in the 90s and not the 100s like last time. Archway communities are understaffed and overworked in my experience. This is a company failure not a personel problem.
place used to be nice an clean an family oriented but now they move bunch young single kids smoking weed partying and the place has trash an dog shit everywhere the dumpster areas have trash a foot high absolutely disgusting and now have rats never had this problem when managers lived on site an had a daily crew that actually did their jobs. maybe the state needs notified
absolutely ridiculous my daughter was picking up my grandson wasn't even here 5 min and was ticketed this place has cops giving tickets but never to people parked there for hours. were all struggling who has 150 for a ticket for running in for 5 min. when we always for a decade had 15 min to load or unload especially when their is zero visitor parking. there is so much trash around the dumpsters they have rats around dumpsters place was always up kept and family friendly not anymore. they fired all the staff and got rid of m... read more
