I’m fortunate to have Willow Green as my local surgery they’re ever so efficient running and always have appointments available for that day, the patient flow in the waiting area is swift and everyone is friendly and listens. It is a good atmosphere despite a large area that they cover they can always seem to fit you in.
I have a mixed review of Willow Green Surgery, as I’ve had a range of experiences with the telephone staff through to Dr’s themselves. Generally it’s been positive, however putting personal opinion of personalities and NHS / surgery red tape , I have now had TWO referrals missed / lost / not done, which to me is shocking and disgusting and pretty much sums up the demise of the NHS. Amazing service at the doctors i rang up the doctors in the morning and got a same day appointment with the nurse helen who was really lovely and helpful to,I feel it's a wonderful surgery and have never had any problems with appointments,staff very helpful
Appalling practise with the rudest staff. Lack of patient care should be investigated.
