I cannot say enough about Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital. We are patients at Duck Creek in Smyrna, which Willow Grace recently acquired. Went in for an appointment in Smyrna at 9am, our vet collaborated with Dr. Stacey, who said she could operate on my dog in a couple of hours. I picked my dog up at 3:45pm that day. When it came the devastating time for us to say goodbye to our very loved long time family cat, the Willow Grace team was incredible during the whole experience. They showed compassion and empathy from the diagnosis to the euthanization (smooth as possible process, serene room, caring and supportive team helping us through it). My experience at Willow Grace was absolutely amazing. Dr. Sprayberry was fantastic. I went in with many questions and every single one was answered in a caring manner along with written out instructions of how to help. She listened to every single one of my concerns and went out of her way to help me feel more confident in taking care of my cat. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sprayberry and the staff at Willow Grace!
