One word for my toilet repair today... WOW!! I barely had pressed send on my email before my phone was ringing and it was Logan in the office responding! It wasn't even 5 minutes before he called and said he would generate a maintenance request for me as my toilet had sprung a leak. After I hung up someone knocked on my door and it was Ethan who knocked the whole repair out in less than 30 minutes!
