shoe repair I took my husbands cowboy boots to get the soles repaired. They not only did a great job, but they also polished them..and made them look great. The price was a little high, but nice work.
Willow Glen Shoe Repair is now at corner of Meridian & Hamilton-Awesome! I had a tote bag which I bought during a trip to Italy, several years ago... I took it in for repair... and the previous owners (at this location) lost it... They blamed me, the length of time since the pre-paid service was performed... etc. Two days ago, I went in, with my dusty claim ticket to try ONE MORE TIME... and this nice gentleman told me that they had bought the business (at this location) from the business that had lost my bag.... several mon... read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! – Bar none, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. This guy was unbelievable! He absolutely ruined a pair of my Cole Haan's and then started to give me some analogy about if you want to get a Porsche washed then you have to pay $200 to have it done right and then started telling me that they were cheap $50 shoes. I will never go to this place again and hope that others can use this review to avoid having a similar experience to mine.
Bad Business Practices – I went by around 4:45p.; they were closed, but their sign said open till 7p. Desperate to have my only work shoes repaired, I walked around back and saw a couple of workers through the window. I got their attention, asked for a quote, and was aked to return in an hour. An hour later I came back, they were opened and I was helped by the owner, R. Herrera. His quote was $2 more than his worker quoted me, and he would not budge!
