I am completely fed up with this apartment complex and the leasing office’s total lack of response. The tenants above me make nonstop noise all day, every day — stomping, slamming, running, dragging furniture, yelling — from early in the morning to late at night. It’s constant and unbelievably loud. There’s no break, no peace, and no respect for anyone living below them. This is a great place to live! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and a staff that's both friendly and attentive. The fact that it's so dog-friendly is a huge plus for my partner and I, and the gorgeous apartments are the perfect finishing touch.
I have lived here for nearly two years, and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill. My apartment began leaking, and after six weeks, the issue has still not been addressed. Communication has been extremely poor, and I still do not have a timeline for resolution. Despite paying rent on time every single month, I now feel like I am being unfairly pushed out rather than supported as a tenant. Having moved in just under one month ago, Willow Glen has been everything expected and more. The apartments are luxury and move in ready. Any issues or questions are taken care of in a timely manner. My pup and I enjoy quiet walks around the complex and he loves the dog run! Units have a ton of natural light and my cat loves to lounge in the sun. I’m so glad we decided to make this place our home!
