“Luxury” building that’s nearly 3k a month but PAPER THIN WALLS— am literally crashing out as I type this because my neighbor’s alarm have been ringing since 6:30am and you can hear it so clearly. Multiple times there was piss or vomit in the elevators, 3 of my packages were stolen. I have been at this place for over two years now, practically since it all began. Let me tell you, this place has made a complete turn around from all the bad reviews you read on here. I was one of them! Kathleen the assistant manager is a great asset to the office, I have yet to formally meet the other ladies in the office (Sara, the manager, and Kathy I believe) but they have all been working tirelessly to make this place the luxury-living, resort-style experience that it is supposed to be! I am one happy tenant!
This place is a joke! One huge scam! Do not let them fool you like they did me. NOT LUXURY AT ALL. Seems to be more like when brand new turns to slum. I’ve been living at Willow Glen since May 1, 2025, and so far, it’s been the best rental experience I’ve ever had—friendly staff and neighbors, along with a clean, quiet community, make it truly feel like home.
I’m really sick of people coming on the property doing whatever they want to do!!!! Management does nothing or say anything!!! If a tenant does not pay $150 for a spot then why do they have access to get in and out of the garage!!! Why are cars not being towed when they are trespassing on private property.
