I live in Winnipeg and this shop had an item I had been searching for and could not fund anywhere else. Kailee went above and beyond in her customer service and shipped the item to me. She was efficient and gracious and clear in her communication.
We got married in December 2024 at Emerald Lake Lodge and absolutely adored our flowers from Willow. The colors popped beautifully and fit so well with our winter themed wedding. Willow Flowers went an extra mile to source toffee coloured flowers for our bouquets, and these flowers got so many compliments. We will be sure to swing by anytime we can for a new arrangement to remember our day by!

Cannot speak highly enough of this floral shop. Bought an orchid wedding bouquet from another nearby shop who told me to put it in the fridge. Woke up morning of my wedding to dead, wilted flowers. Scrambled and drove to Willow - explained the situation. They turned around an absolutely gorgeous bouquet and boutonnière same day— ended up being more beautiful than my original one! 10/10 - great service & beautiful artistry!
