The shop is gorgeous, beautiful selection and great quality. However, the customer service really took away from the experience. I was greeted with a cold attitude, especially from the older lady at the counter. It felt unwelcoming, like I was bothering them just by walking in. A bit surprising, especially for a flower shop where warmth and friendliness should be part of the charm. I might’ve been there to order a full wedding setup, but the vibe made me turn right around. The flowers for my wedding were absolutely beautiful, I loved them so much. They held up really well and still looked gorgeous when they were dropped off for preservation.

Such a beautiful flower shop! They have a great selection of dried flowers too, the florist was really kind and helped arrange them in a vase for me. They're wonderful, a great experience ☺️

I looooooooooved my recent bridal bouquet, it looked exactly like my inspiration pictures and smelled so fresh. I would say worth every penny, and they were super accommodating with the back and forth and pick up day. Thank you Willow Flower Co.!
