Disappointed is the only word I can use. A friend was turning 50 and I couldn’t t attend the party and wanted some nice flowers sent. Service and delivery were excellent. Flowers were not worth the amount I paid, I wish I would have called Safeway and spent $100. The manager was unpleasant to deal with:(

My mother sent me some flowers a few months ago, Willow delivered them; a stunning bunch with a pretty glass vase. Plus a very sweet delivery van. The flowers lasted over three weeks; I changed the water every other day; our house is cool; I also trimmed a tiny bit off the stems when I changed the water.
