Really disappointed with the interaction I had with the receptionist. On their website, they state that they participate in a public health program that offers comprehensive eye exams to infants. I called the book an appointment for my infants, and the receptionist simultaneously didn't know what I was talking about, and yet was also somehow incredibly condescending. She was brusque and rude. This is a no from me. I recommend going elsewhere. I feel like I was catfished with these reviews, I don’t agree with them
Best staff around. Very comfortable office and the doctor answers all questions with answers that are understandable to the layman. Frames are wonderful and if they don’t look right with your features she’ll tell you and you can try on as many frames as you want. I know I have. My favorite eyewear place.
