I love this place. The optometrist and optician are very nice and very efficient. I’ve never waited for longer than a minute or two! Have been going to them for over 10-15 years.
I haven't been to the eye doctor in several years. I recently got new insurance and used to go to Willow Eye Care when I was younger. They contacted me unable to look up my insurance. I found the information the next day and called to provide it. The man who answered the phone was condescending and very rude right away. I take my whole family to this practice. I have been with them since before their current office. As a nurse I am very aware of assessment skills and whether a practitioner is doing their job. Dr OKoren is very up to date on standard of care and does excellent assessments while being great connecting with each patient and knowing more about each person. I had an appointment at another office in this complex. I had parked in front on Willow Eye office. When I was leaving, the ophthalmologist tech or front desk guy came out screaming at me and harassing me for parking in front of the building. Such a terrible experience. This man was horrible.
