This company delivered a package to my business that was only 38 lbs and about 10’ L. The driver, a large man whose job it is to deliver large parcels and who had a hand truck, would not carry it to the door without my help. I was busy and had to interrupt my work day to unload this package with him. Ultimately, I carried it alone because he was of no help. Clearly, I was frustrated with this debacle. This company had my package for two days before calling to schedule delivery. They didn’t following the directions or phone number given to them by the seller. When I contacted them (on Wednesday) they refused to schedule the delivery of my package until the next week! HORRIBLE customer service! I will never purchase from anyone using this service!
