Never even heard of the place!
My mother was admitted to Willow Estates care in August of 2019. In February of 2020, my mother was admitted to the hospital with a fever of 108 degrees. She had apparently had said fever for a number of days, but Willow Estates had not bothered to bring in a doctor to check in one her until my father visited her and noted that she was very unwell. We were informed that, even if they were miraculously able to help my mother with the pneumonia she had contracted, she would likely have suffered significant brain damage due to ... read more
