My wife and I moved into our Maronda home earlier this year. We worked with Lauren F throughout the entire process. We found Lauren very knowledgeable with every aspect of the building process. During our process of selecting our desires and preferences we made many changes. Lauren was very patient with us and addressed all of our concerns-even suggesting options that made the whole process an enjoyable process. This was our third home we had built over the years and Lauren was the BEST sales person we dealt with!!
I just got my key. Lauren, Mark from Maronda and Nickol from RMC all the time provide me support on this important subject. Thank you Guys. I changed the review from 5 to 2stars because I have been having trouble with Maronda Administration! After 40 days a did not get any payment back that. Joshua did not respond back my e-mails!

Lauren has been fantastic and very helpful throughout the buying process. Always welcoming and open for any questions throughout the building process
Community was great. Even better was the associate I met there, Lauren. She was welcoming and knowledgeable. Anything she didn’t know she got back to me on in less than 24hours.
