I usually send my guys in to pick up stuff at the counter and they say they always have a decent experience. I had to go in personally the other day and had the pleasure of meeting Pete Damato at the counter. This guy knows his stuff, his experience shows. Plastic mounting bracket for busbar in my breaker box melted, couldn't find anything even close to replace it... The guys at Willow were able to dig through old surplus they keep handy for just such occasions and find me what I desperately needed! I couldn't possibly be happier with their fast, friendly professional service.
Great selection of Lutron Caseta Home Automation items, and great prices. I was able to get the Dimmer kit with the Smart Bridge Pro for a lot less than others wanted.
I don't know what was said but it seem to me who ever was on the phone with me was calling me bad name in Spanish under his breath. Go on Google it says this is a electric supply store so i ask if they Carrie two prong 18-gauge wire connectors i have car speakers i want them for . I will never try this place again
