From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed. The space was absolutely beautiful, calming, and so thoughtfully designed. Laura was incredibly attentive and nurturing throughout the entire facial, creating such a relaxing experience. My skin felt amazing afterwards! So fresh and glowing, all the products smelt absolutely divine. It was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I left feeling totally pampered and can’t wait to go back!
I had a very frustrating experience from the beginning. My husband bought me a pregnancy gift voucher for Willow Day Spa, which I was really looking forward to using. Since they don’t accept gift vouchers on weekends, I booked the most suitable weekday well in advance, as it’s quite difficult for me to find time during the week.
