Do not move here. Be careful I got stuck living with thieves. People will steal packages, theft is a major issue. Had bags stolen off boyfriend motorcycle, several packages stolen. To all the new people. Yes black mold grows like a weed in these buildings. You have to clean constantly.. No help from owner!!!

Before I give review, This has nothing to do with my leasing agent, I’m glad I left this place with horrible management in just one year left the apartment as it was given to me scratch less, I have photos available, reason for 1 star is this place doesn’t explain their policies when you sign but they come up with ones when you leave so they can make money until the end, I paid my electric bill and grace period rent before leaving and given them my forwarding mail address just for $135 they sent it to debt collectors and I n... read more
Would not recommend. The apartments are very low quality for the price, and maintenance issues never seem to get fully resolved. We constantly dealt with bugs, which made living here uncomfortable, and the AC struggled to keep the unit cool even during normal summer temperatures. The heating was just as bad — inconsistent, inefficient, and left the apartment cold during winter. Management was slow to respond and fixes felt temporary at best. Definitely look elsewhere if you want a clean, well-maintained place to live.
