Get directionsWillow Creek did VERY wrong by me. Thanks to God (and me) my son was born healthy and strong. Thanks to WC, the delivery was an absolute horror show. I chose WC because they had a midwife (Scarlett Grandy) and are supposed to be non-interventional (hence the "NIBS" Non Interventional Birth Suite they lie about giving you. First of all, when I arrived, they made me stay in a regular room because their NIBS were all filled up. They transferred me to a NIBS later and it wasn't any different, just bigger. Friendly compassionate staff! Quick registration process for mammogram. I love Dr. Phelan!
My sister received excellent care during the birth of her child.
No luck after 3 hours of calling trying to get someone to answer the phone in medical records. One receptionist told me she tracked down a records employee and transferred me, however it was just voicemail. Again.
It sucked!!! I wasn't allowed to feed my baby. Each time they had a different specialist to feed him because they had to observe if he could handle a bottle feeding. The nipples they used had too large of holes and so yes he didn't take it well. They wouldn't use a nipple with smaller holes. Each "specialist" had to feed him because they didn't do it last time another specialist had. He had a half a dozen feedings or more before I was allowed to feed him. I was denied my kangaroo care with him. I had to throw tantrums just t... read more
I was 39 weeks and had random issues during pregnancy. Everything was fine. Was never diagnosed with anything. I was seeing a specialist who said my baby was perfectly fine and even skipped our last appointment. At 39 weeks I hadn't dialated and they felt the need to induce. I didn't want to be induced but they told me my baby could be still born when that was never told to me previously and all my ultrasounds came back perfect. I went in on a Wednesday where they hooked me up to an IV and basically put me on bedrest with ex... read more
If I could give it zero stars, it would be too much. Two nurses in particular, made our experience the worst day of my life. What should have been the happiest day, was completely ruined by nurses Shannon and Jennifer. Not only did they refuse to talk to my family members, but they wouldn't let anyone come see me after delivery. My baby was left in the nursery for hours alone while my family begged for updates. I stayed in the room by myself, while neither of my nurses came to check on me. I needed help going to the bathroom... read more
