Beginning: disorganized. It took about 1 1/2 months & 3 phone calls just to get an appt. I was told I could choose a dr at my 1st visit, but when I arrived for my scan without one assigned, the UT became visibly irritated, left the room upset, and returned with an extremely awkward atmosphere. The scan was rushed and lasted about 20 minutes. She also made an uncomfortable joke about spanking our baby when he was difficult to position. I paid for another anatomy scan elsewhere. I came to this clinic during my 2 pregnancy and my Doctor was Dr.Serena Pierson!! She it’s the best, very kind, very Professional, I really love her, she’s just amazing. I highly recommend her and the Clinic as well.
I was having my first baby. I had heard good things about Willow Creek. Going to the doctor’s appointments was awesome. Front staff and office nurses were very friendly. Our doctor was very nice and reassuring. When it came to my delivery experience it was different and uncomfortable. My baby came 2 weeks early. On the night before he was born I was feeling a dull pain. We went to the emergency area of Willow creek hospital. The nurse that checked me was ok. The doctor was nice.
