Venue not too bad and for those who are saying quick response is lying or it just depends on who the customer is because OUR experience with the ENTIRE staff communication was horrible…we got different information each and every time we did speak with someone and that made matters even more concerning…two weeks before the wedding, calls & texts were made and NO ONE responded until days later only to say she was on vacation…being that an outside venue is where a wedding will be held, the owners should make sure of the upkeep ... read more
Willow Creek was an amazing experience. We were a little nervous because we had originally singed our contract with the old owners and were a bit unsure how the change of ownership would impact our big day. It turned out beautifully! Truly such a stress free day! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. There was so much room in the bridal suite for everyone and the boys had so much fun in the groomsmen suite. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future!
