Dr. Tom did a great job on the dental portion but the front office is one of the worst in dealing with billing. 2023 was approved for a procedure from dental insurance. It was delayed to 2024. Staff did not verify by sending a preapproval and was denied for 2024. The whole time they informed me it was covered at 100%. It came back denied. They offered to pay half.
