This mobile home park is ghetto at best. I found dirty needles in the street and had my lawn poisoned by someone. They do not do repairs in a timely fashion, and if possible they will steal your deposit money. You are better off finding a different place to live. Many of the tenants are meth users and theft is prevalent in the mobile home park. I moved out and came to California, it's been 7 weeks and I am still asking for my deposit money.Don't rent here!
