Both of my parents received exceptional care at Willow Creek. The entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly treated them with dignity and respect...like family. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave our family during a difficult time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.
What a tough job! The staff at Willow Creek are great. From the kitchen staff, to the aides to the nurses. Dad had a stroke so he can't speak well, but everyone always says Hi to him as I push him up and down the halls to spend a bit of time out of his room. For our family, Willow Creek has been a blessing. Thanks to everyone who does the things no one else can do!
These people are top notch! They gave us another whole year with my Aunt we wouldn't have had without the help from this facility. Thank you all ;)
When I went to see my mother they had my husband and I wait in a family room until they could bring her in. We had a great, private, visit.
They never run with enough staff. One aide to 47 patients when there should be 4 aides. That means your family doesn't get the proper care 😔. Terrible Owners..
