Seems to not care about the sick.
Laura refuses to call me back or answer my calls to answer simply why my partner was denied for their facility. Very weird behavior, never had this happen before, adults are usually able to respectfully answer the question why. Amy told me Laura would call me back but I feel Laura fears me for some reason and just won’t do that. Shady people!!! Stay away!!!
Both of my parents received exceptional care at Willow Creek. The entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly treated them with dignity and respect...like family. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave our family during a difficult time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.
What a tough job! The staff at Willow Creek are great. From the kitchen staff, to the aides to the nurses. Dad had a stroke so he can't speak well, but everyone always says Hi to him as I push him up and down the halls to spend a bit of time out of his room. For our family, Willow Creek has been a blessing. Thanks to everyone who does the things no one else can do!
