Whoever gave the reviews before mine are full of it. Theses apartments are no longer considered family oriented. Broken down cars, trash laying around. Air conditioner/heating unit have issues. Water heaters have issues and Danco is aware of it and does nothing to resolve it (Be warned your utility bills will be extremely high because of it). We've been through 5+ managers in 2 years and the manager are rarely onsite. If you have maintenence issues they rarely get fixed. Parking is limited because guests take all the parking... read more
