Play games with people...told my sister weeks after that she was approved after taking her 100 dollar holding fee .. she didn't even want to move there anymore after that....the apartments don't even seem to be in good shape overall.. caucasian lady talked to a resident in a rude tone when I was in the office.... treat people how you want to be treated... thank God I wasn't approved. I am now living in a beautiful condo and don't have to deal with rude apartment managers and slacky maintenance....
