If I could give less I would . I lived there for almost 3 years. In Tht time the owner /landlord fixed absolutely nothing but sure raised the rent.. he is trying to get new new tenants to pay over 1200 a month on poorly built mobile homes on unlevel land , the doors don't shut properly and windows don't seal. The water is a whole different situation, smells terrible and def not drinkable. Good luck to any future tenant bringing there camper here ( because he is turning half the place into a campground) yo ur sink and shower ... read more
