The coaches at Willow Creek CrossFit have helped me do things I never thought I’d be able to do and helped me gain the confidence to try new things, both inside the gym and outside it. Everyone at this gym is so friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable despite not being very athletic. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and will miss it most when I leave Iowa City!
100% recommend Willow Creek CrossFit! In my time there, I learned so much about fitness and tremendously improved my strength. It will be hard to find a gym that will compete to the level of knowledge, skill, and community that this gym provided. I will definitely miss it!
I have been going to Willow Creek for the last two months and I can’t recommend them enough! Being new to CrossFit, I enjoy the smaller class sizes as it allows for more one on one time with the coaches to go over form and mobility specifically designed for me before jumping into a new work out. The team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This gym is accommodating to all fitness levels and the coaches genuinely care about helping you reach your goals.
I wish I could give Willow Creek CrossFit 10 stars. This gym is truly something special. The coaches are outstanding, and genuinely care to help. They will help push you to places you never thought you could go. The members are more than welcoming and will cheer you on through every workout. Friendly and welcoming CrossFit box near the University of Iowa and the university medical center. Early morning class is ideal for professional who want to stay fit. Well trained coaches patiently teach and modify workouts for those of us who are not Olympic caliber athletes.
