unperofessional. Not sending any email or message mentioned about there is parking lot in the building or not. Even they didn't send me any information about which floor their clinic is located. When I showed up for appointment waiting for week and cancelled my work. faced with a notice because of emergency we had to evacuate the building. They didn't send me any email or call before I showed up there.

I had an excellent experience at Willow Women’s Clinic. I was extremely anxious before the procedure, but Dr. Rager was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step of the process before doing it, which helped ease my anxiety significantly.
