Incredible use of pain management to make an iud replacement with minimal discomfort and no pain.
Just called to try and book an appointment and after 5 times trying to get through their phone line... the receptionist was extremely rude and sounded so bored with me when all I did was ask simple booking questions. When I asked when I could book an appointment for IUD change, she said that there is nothing available. No explaining. Just that. Nothing. I’ve been visiting this clinic for a while, and I have to say that while the doctors are absolutely fantastic—kind, professional, and empathetic—the reception staff unfortunately leave a lot to be desired. They often come across as rude and dismissive, lacking empathy and a welcoming attitude. It’s a bit of a contrast to the excellent care I receive from the doctors. Alex the booking/reception clerk was very rude and passive aggressive over the phone (talking back with a condescending tone and etc) But consultation and IUD appointment was organized and thorough and pleasant experience with the doctor and the rest of the staff
This used to be my sole women's clinic. Paps, screenings, birth control. Last time I called to schedule a pap they told me they would mail it to me and it's apparently more accurate if I do it at home? Ok Seems like it's just an abortion clinic now which sucks because this was my women's health center for years.
