I was so thankful to find Willow Clinic when my local wait time to replace my IUD was too long. I will only get any IUDs at Willow Clinic from now. The whole process was efficient, easy to book, all of the forms were online and easy to fill on my phone. The reminders were so helpful. And best part - this was my least painful IUD experience. This was my second time visiting Willow Clinic. My first visit was to have my Nexplanon implant inserted, and the second was for its removal. My most recent appointment was on June 26th at 10:50 AM. Both times, I must say, the team did a fantastic job. Even though the clinic is clearly busy with a high number of clients, the staff remains professional, organized, and kind.
