I had an excellent experience at Willow Women’s Clinic. I was extremely anxious before the procedure, but Dr. Rager was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step of the process before doing it, which helped ease my anxiety significantly. You always want to feel good and complete after a hygiene appointment, I never knew how bad it feels when hygienist say I'm not done cleaning but your appointment is done so you have to come back, sorry they didn't book you long enough. I clearly asked multiple times this is only hygiene appointment, i will come soon for dentis since i need a crown and i was referred by another dentist , no matter how much i wanted this to be hygiene only, Dentist comes last 15 min. I went to Willow Clinic for an IUD insertion with Dr. Wiebe in December of 2024. I've had previous IUD insertions in the past that were good experiences and I was expecting the same standard of care at this clinic. When I was called in for the insertion, it was in a small room and the doctor didn't leave when she asked me to change into my gown, she just was typing on her computer. Takes a bit of time to connect with them over the phone initially but everything went smoothly from the time my appointment was booked. Dr. Hunter helped me with my first ever IUD insertion and she was great I almost cried happy tears. Thank you so much for all the work you do and the way you do it ♥️
I had an amazing experience at Willow Clinic with Dr. Darlana Mulzet. She removed my previous IUD and inserted a copper IUD for me, and I honestly could not believe how smooth and painless the whole procedure was. It took only about 3 minutes, with almost no pain and no bleeding at all. I was extremely nervous because I had a very traumatic experience with my previous IUD insertion at another clinic.
