Dr. Alexa Lindley was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout my entire IUD removal. She walked me through every step of the process, allowed me to go at my own pace, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I was quite nervous going into the appointment, but inhaling Penthrox helped calm my nerves, and Dr. Lindley made me feel so safe and cared for. Do not go here because they only care about you is your money because if you don't give them 24-hour notice they will charge you $50 and it says on their website they are non-profit. That means you're there to help people not to ask people for money and all sort of staff are very rude and a doctor I had for my consult. She didn't even listen to me
Overall, I had a really positive experience at this clinic. I was extremely nervous going in, but the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and reassured, and the experience ended up being much better than I expected. Everyone was very kind, informative, and patient throughout the whole process. I especially want to recognize the doctor, who was incredibly skilled, gentle, and understanding.
