Do NOT use this dry cleaners. I took a LoveShackFancy $400 dress to get dry cleaned (perfect condition, only one wear) and when I picked it up the waist was frayed the color was gone. The beautiful blue was white. When I explained to the man at counter what the dress looked like when I dropped it off, I was told "Huh, probably because the tag says hand wash, I don't know what to tell you."
