When my wife and I decided over a year ago that we needed to sell our house in Gardner and downsize a bit, we looked in Overland Park and Olathe, because it appeared there were no units at Willow Chase. This company takes the monthly rent and doesn’t seem to think they need to fix a leaky faucet that is costing their tenants money on the water bill. There were other minor things that needed a small repair too. Only one maintenance guy for over 100 duplex units too! They told us we were taking him away from the new units being built and needing work and “from a business sense, it didn’t work financially to take him away from those other projects.”
