The entire staff at Willow Canyon Living are professional, organized, and caring. They take the time to get to know each individual and treat them with dignity and respect. The structure, activities, and level of engagement are all top-notch. It’s not just supervision, it’s meaningful care. Cyndie was an incredible support for our family during such a difficult time. Cindy helps my mother enjoy her days several days a week. She consistently send photos and videos of the multiple activities they are enjoying with the other adults . Crafts, music, movement - always something different and fun. My only complaint is when she sends the menu they’ve eaten that day - I feel envious that I’m not there with them 😂 It’s intimidating to trust someone with care - but our experience here has been such a positive one. I would recommend this place 10/10.
Cyndie leads this living home with care and dedication. Trying to find a comfortable place for our mom to spend some of her days was a daunting challenge but we lucked out with Willow Canyon. It’s an actual home and very clean. The rotation of activities feels good and we feel happy about our choice.
I can’t even express how amazing Cyndie and Dawn are at Cyndie’s adult day care center; the love these ladies have for my husband is truly amazing! Bruce has Alzheimer’s and was there only 6 months before we had to put him in a Memory Care Community; I wish I had started taking him there much earlier. The group sessions with the other residents has helped him integrate quickly into memory care! The field trips, arts and crafts, music and the meals she fixed is unbelievable! Thanks Cyndie, you are forever in our hearts 🥰
