I have been with Willowbrook for 3 years. I have had a prosthetic leg below the knee on the right side for 15 years. 5 years on the left side. I would like to say thank you to Bri the customer care representative. She is very kind, very professional,Very nice and easy to get along with. There have been others in her place in the last 3 years that were not as friendly or easy to get along with. Not professional at all. I am very thankful that Bri is her now. The only reason I will give them a 2 star is because Rob is wonderful. The front office staff are atrocious, and no one communicates! We will look elsewhere.

Best pain relief in 54 years! As someone who was born with foot and lower leg deformities that were corrected in childhood, I was in constant pain when walking, even with many different types of custom orthotics over the years. I’m truly grateful to Rob for creating orthotics for me, even though they aren’t the main focus of his practice. Now, I can exercise, take long walks, and use a standing desk, without being distracted by pain - for the first time in my life!

I'm a double below knee amputee, and finding a good prosthetist isn't always easy for me. Having just moved to the area I was nervous about finding a place that would treat me like a person and not just a MediCare claim. Rob and the others at WillowBrook have really gone above and beyond to help me get back on my feet and walking again. Professional, yet friendly and welcoming, with great communication.
