Pretty disappointing experience with this particular facility. It seems that they are wanting a particular demographic of person to work as an aide on the floor. I've seen staff aides ignore residents because they are either 1. Behavioral or 2. Had a history, which is THE LAST THING YOU DO. Monika and Callie were awesome, however Stacey has a severe lack of active communication skills. Will not come again.

I needed to bring my daughter here to drop off her work permit and do a few other things before she starts her employment with Willow Brook and I was amazed how beautiful the outside and the inside is there. Its very clean and every employee I met is super friendly, let me start with the receptionist she is very welcoming and helpful, Thanks for all your help!
