Our building is now having new exterior paint done. There is regular and professional maintenance, and so everything is in good working order and neat appearance. My kitchen faucet had a leak, which was repaired quickly when I reported it using the convenient website. I am very satisfied and comfortable, and the rent is very reasonable considering the care that goes into the properties.
I have lived here 3 years and have zero complaints! Office staff are awesome as well as maintenance.
