When I went for a tour at the Willow Brook property and the staff was friendly and very welcoming.The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in but I had no issues. The property itself was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff always had great communication with any news or updates about the apartments/property and made sure to give a notice in advance to any maintenance work via text and email.
