I have received by far the best therapeutic massage from Tatum at Willow Bow. Even after moving from the area, I still prefer coming here. She is professional, listens to your concerns and tailors your massage appropriately. Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed in my opinion. My first experience here was a 1-star visit — I felt brushed off, uncomfortable, and left with painful bruises from cupping, and I had no desire to return. However, the owner reached out and arranged a follow-up appointment, and my therapist, Melissa, completely changed my impression! She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive.
