Brandy answered all my questions without hesitation. She did not rush, and did not push a certain agenda. I really appreciated her transparency. This is a midwife I would feel confident caring for me and my child when the time comes!
Five stars doesn’t even touch what Brandy deserves. I knew the kind of birth I wanted: grounded, powerful, intuitive, unmedicated if possible, transformative. And I also knew myself well enough to know that if I were in a hospital with meds available… I would want them . I'm now on my second baby with Brandy, I couldn't ask for better care🤍
I do not recommend for WOC. My experience was horrible and lead me to giving birth without a midwife. Brandy was rude and dishonest. I happened to run across the messages recently and was completely upset all over again because it didn’t dawn on me the way my family and I were spoken to. No accountability or genuine care to properly resolve this issue. I’m a very respectful and overly understanding person so this was terrible to experience.
Brandy is an incredible human being and the best of the best when it comes to care providers. I never felt rushed at any of our appointments and I felt heard and seen. She gave me encouragement and a little tough love when I needed it so I could do the hard things and birth my baby. My postpartum experience was so much easier this time around and I know the care I received during my pregnancy, during labor, and after made a huge impact.
