Elizabeth was the best she kept me informed throughout the whole process. I called her two times and then thereafter she just automatically put me on a in the loop type of email she was so great the whole entire company walked us through the process of a complicated creative finance deal with having to go after signatures for heirship etc . Just so glad to have great customer service when it comes to something like this. I would definitely recommend willowbend title to all my friends and associates
Months after closing, I got a delinquent tax notice from the county as a result of the title company's mistake at the time of the closing. It took over 2 months of calls and emails and eventually getting my lawyer involved for them to finally take accountability.
