I always thought it does not really matter what Title Company you use. This one proved me wrong. It really matters and stay far, far away from Willow Bend Title. They are not responsive. Do not pay attention to details and I'm not convinced that have the experience nor the know how to be a Title Company. I closed on a house with cash from a 1031 Exchange. I never received the title and they never updated the county information for taxes either.
The team at Willow Bend was amazing. They were extremely helpful, empathic and sympathic to our situation. It was a hard process for us personally and they made it so smooth and were endearing. They worked with us even though there were so many things and people involved. Our MVP was Krishna she was absolutely a Rockstar!!!!
