Don't ever do any business with these people. They wont give you the time of day to even give you a call back when they are supposed to. Would 10 out of 10 not recommend!
Don't waste your time with Willow Bend-- we went out of our way to get PREapproved before looking for a home, then after we are in contract on a house, tell us we aren't approved we need to some things... jumped through every hoop that could possibly be thrown at us, and did everything they instructed us to do. Literally took the excitement out of buying our first home ... finally after two months they tell us "ok y'all are approved, let's move to closing" and come back the same day and sorry your not approved... 3 DAYS BEFO... read more
