About 2-3 years ago my tire went flat and the nuts were way too tight to take off, so I was stuck in this parking lot for a while. The owner however, came out and tried his best to help me. Not only that, he went out of his way to go to the store and buy some tools to help. I’ve been coming here ever since and recommend this place to my friends! Great workers, I’ll never go anywhere else
Can't say enough good! The place is always clean. Management and staff are always present, pleasant and actively maintaining the premises. There are a large number of different sized washers so you only pay for what you need, with ample dryers in 2 sizes. And they're so organized, and care so much, that they did some investigating and digging to find me when I forgot something behind. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Definitely will not be going back. My dryer is broke so I brought a load to dry about 8:30pm when it’s not as busy. My husband was back here by 8:45pm to bring me my two pillows to wash, the lady wouldn’t even let me start them because they were about to close. Pretty sure your hours are until 10pm, if it takes someone an hour and 15 minutes to wash and dry 2 items, then clearly your machines are not worth the price you charge on them.
