Where do we start. Willow & Sage was the absolute BEST choice we could’ve made to cater our wedding. We were working with a limited time frame, many different restrictions and dietary choices, and throwing a 130 person party on a property with no electricity or running water. Willow and Sage is a highly professional caterer. From the initial tasting to the wedding, they show high attention to hospitality, service, and the food. We first visited them for a tasting about a year before the wedding, where we met one of the owners, Scott, the head chef, Will, and a handful of their staff. Absolutely incredible! All of the staff is extremely attentive. My husband and I were married at the Conservatory at Sussex county on May 9th. They made the process so seamless, answered any and all questions we had. Thank you so much for everything you do.
