Willow and Sage is a highly professional caterer. From the initial tasting to the wedding, they show high attention to hospitality, service, and the food. We first visited them for a tasting about a year before the wedding, where we met one of the owners, Scott, the head chef, Will, and a handful of their staff. Absolutely incredible! All of the staff is extremely attentive. My husband and I were married at the Conservatory at Sussex county on May 9th. They made the process so seamless, answered any and all questions we had. Thank you so much for everything you do.
Okay, so if my husband hadn't shown up on our wedding day, I may have tried to marry Kara or Karen instead!! All joking aside, working with Willow and Sage was amazing and the entire team was beyond professional and our wedding day ran so smoothly with them. Kara answered my one thousand emails promptly and always had answers to my questions. We used Willow & Sage for our November wedding at The Conservatory and had a good experience. We opted to have 3 stations - Italian, Taco, and Southern Comfort - for our 120 person wedding so that guests could have a lot of variety, and everyone has told us the food was delicious. W&S put aside a plate of all of the passed hors d'oeuvres for us to eat privately in the bridal suite at the beginning of cocktail hour and also served us a plate with food from each station during dinner!
