I leased a new car and the Blasdell office screwed up the transaction. I had to sit at the dealer for an hour and a half before I could leave with my new car. Also, the insurance company requested a bill of sale. I had the dealer fax it to the Blasdell office. It was never sent to the insurance company and I received a letter threatening suspension.
