Good service and fair prices.
My husband was seeking hearing aids through the VA Portland, but they had a massive back up in appointment dates. VA contracted via Tricare West to Willoughby Hearing here in McMinnville to do the test and fit him for hearing aids. The test was done at Oregon City location. Instructed that the results would be forwarded to McMinnville location to the get him fitted for new hearing aids. This was December of last year. These people are never there! I've been trying to purchase batteries and filters for my parent's hearing aides, and even though they post the hours, it's locked up and no one is there. Very unhappy with this company. How can you do business when you're absent?
