One star, if I could give it a half star I would. I would never recommend this business to anyone with a poor to profound hearing loss. Hearing instrument dispenser Ann Pacheco pressured me concerning how amazing the Audible hearing aides are. At first fitting I was shocked by how badly tuned the were. I have worn hearing aides for 40 years and past audiologist have been able to tune new hearing aides on first visit, but not Willoughby or Ann.
