Luckily a trainee was available and helped solve my problem. Ann also has helped me many times when I have scheduled appointments. Great service!

RecommendedBecause of the corona virus calling for an appointment went through a general intake phone number and not to the receptionist at the Gresham location. My appointment was in 4 days but Ann Pacheco the Hearing Instrument Specialist in Gresham called me the same day I made the appointment to check ahead of time what my hearing issue specifically was. I was highly impressed, and felt valued and cared for. I give Gresham Willoughby Hearing a 5 star rating. Ann Pacheco is highly quallified and very personable. Dan Begley
