We take pride in providing quality services to all our clients, including ear canal exams, comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid repairs and cerumen management - commonly known as wax removal. For those of you who already wear hearing aids, we would be happy to help you with service maintenance for cleanings, fittings, programming and performance verification. Of course, we also sell hearing aid batteries.

Willoughby Hearing has excellent staff . Heather always manages to fit me in when I need help. Today I needed someone to help me pair my iPhone to my tv. Luckily a trainee was available and helped solve my problem. Ann also has helped me many times when I have scheduled appointments. Great service!

Because of the corona virus calling for an appointment went through a general intake phone number and not to the receptionist at the Gresham location. My appointment was in 4 days but Ann Pacheco the Hearing Instrument Specialist in Gresham called me the same day I made the appointment to check ahead of time what my hearing issue specifically was. I was highly impressed, and felt valued and cared for. I give Gresham Willoughby Hearing a 5 star rating. Ann Pacheco is highly quallified and very personable. Dan Begley
