Awful experience and very unprofessional. I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue, and was charged twice for it. Despite the repeated visits, the problem wasn’t resolved, and in the end, they suggested I get an assessment report from BMW. Extremely disappointing service.
I have used John for 20 years. Looking after mine, my poarnets and my in-laws cars, I had previously taken them to the specified dealer repair, but felt I was being over serviced. I was recommend to John and Yari and found the cars ran better and the service far more reasonably priced. It does look chaotic, but they are very good mechanics.
