Absolutely 10/10. Sara Overguard did a great job giving me a nice short bob, exactly what I asked for. Very clean, professional but sleek atmosphere that I felt instantly comfortable in. And now with online booking I was able to make and appointment sooner than a week away from booking.
Excellent stylists, cozy atmosphere
I've lived in Amherst 5 years, and have not been nearly as satisfied getting my hair done anywhere but Willoughby. Their chic salon is adorable and amazing, as was my hairdresser Sara, who always made time to do my hair beautifully and perfectly to my preference. I don't trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable salon with a beautiful atmosphere and even more beautiful people <3
