Wilson was responsive and able to provide a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion. He was able to procure and replace a broken attic fan and vent, explaining to me how they worked and what he would be doing. He even fixed the poor workmanship from the prior install job (the attic fan hole was too small). Wilson was a genuine pleasure to work with. Get your 3+ quotes, but I will be recommending Willmott Brothers to my friends and family.

Go with your gut-- Wilson Willmott is the real deal. He is a laid back guy, soft spoken and straightforward. He went on the roof and a few minutes later, came back with an estimate. Doing our due diligence, we got other estimates, one which was TWICE the amount and the other was quite a bit higher than Willmott. The thing is, neither of those guys looked like they ever picked up a hammer. They didn't inspect the roof, they didn't go on the roof.
