This is my 3rd experience and all have been negative. As the only Tesla authorised repairer in Cairns I have no choice, if you have the choice avoid them! 1st experience the paint did not match, they then corrected after being asked but scratched my headlight and tried telling me the damage was already there, I had photos so begrudgingly they replaced my headlight but I then had to lose my car for a 3rd time. 2nd experience my car had so much overspray on it, raised the issue and was told it would polish out, it took multipl... read more
