Very helpful staff and top quality and timely repair
Original person that done quote for insurance was miserable and abrupt. I explained my rear door wouldn't open after my car was hit, he put on quote and invoice " customer request " it was not a request it was a fact !! He said it could be wear and tear... the car has only done 12,000ks ! After 7 weeks waiting for repair they still didn't have all parts to complete job in time frame. EXCELLENT OUTCOME AND A PERFECT REPAIR. WILLMOT CONTACTED ME AND HAVE SINCE FINISHED THE VEHICLE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY GAVE ME A LOAN VEHICLE FOR HALF A DAY WHILE THEY DID THIS AND GAVE MY VEHICLE AN EXCELLENT CLEAN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WILLMOT.
