For over a year now I have asked the front desk at this Arab location and have even gotten management in Guntersville involved to please maintain the equipment at the Arab location. Specifically several cable machines have stretched with a lot of slack and a full range of movement is not an option, only half range of movement. If I am going to get ignored on the phone and in person, then maybe a public notice will get my request resolved.
used to love this gym was going to call to see how much a membership was nowadays but they’re not open at 2:30 pm on a weekday?
Lady at the front didn’t really want to answer questions or show me around the facility. The trainer lady was awesome she stepped in when she saw the front lady wasn’t being that helpful. Sadly the front lady kinda put off of this place. I will say the place did seem very clean though
